RITUAL FOR PASSION

• Start diffusing Sacral Chakra Essential oil blend in a diffuser near the bath.
  
  Ritual: Fill up the tub with warm water and add 3-4 tablespoons of Sensual Bath Soak. Optional - you can also add Orange Lillies or Marigolds & Carnelian.
• Step into bath and dunk head. Take deep breaths – inhale and exhale from your nose. Use a powerful mantra / Chant / an affirmation that resonates with you. You can also listen to any energizing music.
• With every inhalation imagine an orange ball right below your navel getting bigger and gently moving in a clockwise position. With every exhalation imagine all the obstructions in the clockwise movement melting away. Every inhalation brings you happiness, fulfillment, creativity and every exhalation releases all the toxins and stresses away.

• Once you feel you have released all the obstructions and negative emotions, finish the practice and gently get out of the bath.
• Take some Sacral Chakra Body oil and rub it in between your palms. Bring your palms close to your nose and inhale and exhale gently – 3-5 breaths. Apply the oil while paying attention to everything and realizing the power within yourself.
• Gratitude- when you finish please thank yourself and everything that has helped you to relax and heal you in the last 30 minutes.
• Diffuse the Sacral Chakra essential oil blend overnight.
